If a campus controls space and it operates a state funded program in the space, it should be recorded on the BCI and PSI.
Do not enter into the BCI and PSI if classes are scheduled but the campus does not have exclusive use /control of the space (i.e., Campus teaches a course at a high school or business locations, but is not the primary user of the space).
